A tabletop strategy game with an economy to defend
NexoHominis: Black Sun brings the franchise's first project to tabletop strategy games through an economy you build during battle. Developed by Exodus Games in Vancouver, this tabletop wargame from Canada lets you build your army as workers gather Carbonite, generators supply Energy, and production buildings create reinforcements. Protecting those resources matters alongside the army they sustain.
Players exploring sci-fi board games can begin with the Core Alpha Rulebook. Alternating activations, actual line of sight, and Wounded in Action effects give positioning and timing consequences. The rules remain in Alpha testing, and official physical miniatures and 3D printable STL downloads are coming soon. Black Sun introduces one conflict within the wider NexoHominis universe, which will continue through future projects.
