Privacy Policy

This website
This notice describes the information handled by the Exodus Games website at exodusgames.net. Wix provides the hosting and newsletter subscription services used by the site.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, you provide your email address and agree to receive Exodus Games newsletters. The site sends that address and subscribed status to Wix. We use the subscription to send project news and newsletters. Subscribing is optional. You can withdraw consent by contacting the studio or using the unsubscribe option in a newsletter.
Browser preferences and service information
The site remembers your HOPE or BioLife selection in browser storage. You can clear that preference through your browser settings. Wix and the services used to deliver the website may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, cookies, and service logs to operate and secure their services. Cookie choices made available by Wix are separate from newsletter consent.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, including which pages they visit and how they navigate the site. Google may process usage and device information and use cookies for this purpose. Browser privacy controls and extensions may limit this collection. Newsletter signup is separate: your email address is not sent to Google Analytics by the signup form. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its services.
Your choices and requests
To ask about your subscription or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with it, contact Exodus Games through the Contact page. Ask for a private conversation before sharing identifying details. Information needed for an ongoing service or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
External services
Steam, Discord, Linktree, and other external sites handle information under their own policies when you follow a link to them. This notice covers this website’s features; it does not replace those services’ policies.
Updates
We will update this notice when the website’s information handling changes. This version describes the newsletter signup, browser preferences, and hosting services currently used on the site.
