Day 194 Progress 70

I'll start uploading the coding diaries here starting today as I want to offload the video files from my website to youtube in case it ever gets too jam packed with resources. made the vehicle turn (kind) around objects and able to kill things by "bumping" into them.... definitely still needed refining
